1. Core Components

• Servo Motor
  Type: Permanent magnet synchronous motor (PMSM) or induction motor (IM), with high torque density and fast response characteristics;

  Acceleration control: Quickly respond to motion commands and shorten machining cycles.

  Lathe: Control spindle speed and feed rate to achieve precision turning;
  Milling machine: Multi axis linkage machining of complex surfaces, such as turbine blades and molds;
  Grinding machine: high-precision grinding wheel dressing and workpiece grinding, surface roughness Ra ≤ 0.1 μ m.
  Metal Forming Machine Tool
  Punching machine: High speed stamping, capable of punching over 1000 times per minute;
